Tim has a clear understanding of what is required in all facets of business, where the gaps are, and how improvements can be achieved quickly and economically, without frustrating management or staff.

Tim has a rather impressive general knowledge. He is well travelled, having visited more than 50 countries, and one of his biggest challenges was walking 10km of the Great Wall of China. His interests are military history, rugby union and is also a keen photographer of historical architecture and wildlife.
