During the time, Kim has worked as a full-time freelance HR Consultant for small start-ups business to large global corporates across a range of industries including Not-For-Profit, Marketing, Construction, Retail, Hospitality and Tourism.

Kim’s key achievements have been:

HR:
• Providing generalist HR advice and support to the business on HR issues from recruitment, performance management and learning and development, to employment relations and remuneration
• Support and coach managers on appropriate practices, methods and implications to address people issues, particularly in relation to change management, talent management and workforce planning
• Conducted a review of all HR forms and policies to ensure these were up to date and appropriate for a growing workforce
• Deliver HR training programs including EEO, Recruitment and Bullying & Harassment

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment:
• Project – design and develop an internal recruitment process to facilitate a reduction of turnover and employment costs for critical roles via role and turnover analysis, exit interviews, high and low performer review, leadership and employee feedback
• Designed and developed an Internal Recruitment process, Hiring Managers Toolkit and Recruitment Training program
• Project management and implementation of LinkedIn usage and training to assist with brand building
• Worked as a remote Talent Acquisition Partner for 2+ years
